Home, Chelmno and Phoenix were recorded in our living room. We used a 4-track Tascam Portastudio, a Mackie 1604VLZ mixer and mixed down
directly to cassette tape. We have recently purchased an Alesis ADAT XT20 and are rubbing our hands in glee at the prospects.All vocals, the acoustic guitar and the dumbek were recorded using a wonderful Rode
NT-1 vocal condenser microphone. The piano is actually a Roland A-90EX which runs into a sub-mixer that connects to the mixer that lives in the house that Jack built. Return to the Samples page |
